1 Definitions & Interpretation

The key terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" — rk33's website and all its services, games, tools, and content.
• "User" or "You" — any person who accesses the rk33 platform or creates an account.
• "Account" — the personal profile operated using the user's own login credentials.
• "Bonus" — any free or conditional amount granted by rk33, such as a welcome bonus or cashback.
• "Real Money" — actual funds deposited into the user's account (BDT/Taka).
• "Terms" — this complete document, along with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account at rk33, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST). rk33 reserves the right to close accounts belonging to minors at any time, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings will be considered void.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, email, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (email and password) completely confidential. Allowing others to use your account or sharing your credentials is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact rk33 support immediately.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

The key terms for financial transactions at rk33 are summarized in the table below:

3.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank) are accepted as deposit methods. Deposited funds will not be available until the correct amount has been confirmed. rk33 reserves the right to verify any transaction as needed.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be held if verification (KYC) has not been completed. It is recommended that the withdrawal method match the deposit method.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

If any suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized transaction is identified, rk33 may immediately suspend the associated account. In such cases, the relevant funds may not be returned and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer can only be used once.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If a bonus is not used within the specified time limit, it will be automatically cancelled.
• If bonus claims from multiple accounts are identified, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• rk33 reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time without notice.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

rk33's VIP program has four tiers. Users can advance to the next tier through regular play:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Cashback is automatically credited to the account on a set day each week. Cashback itself may not be wagering-free; the specific terms of each offer will be communicated separately.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

All games on rk33 are operated in accordance with Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and fair play principles. No game outcome is predetermined, and each round is determined independently.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bots, or automation tools to play games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Attempting to influence games through group coordination or collusion.
• Low-risk betting solely to obtain bonuses (bonus hunting / arbitrage).
• Threatening or harassing other users on the platform.

5.3 Technical Issues

rk33 reserves the right to review and correct any outcome resulting from a technical error, disconnection, or server issue. rk33 is not responsible for problems caused by the user's internet connection.

5.4 Sports Betting

When placing bets on sports markets, the rules of the applicable market must be followed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the related bet may be refunded, though this depends on the specific terms of the market.
